Customers and partners with a valid support contract may utilize our HelpDesk as an online, 24/7 solution. In addition, this support system also provides an extensive pool of knowledge and documentation regarding PAVONE products.
Support contract and service extension
This service is primarily for customers and partners with a valid support contract or extended service offering. We will advise you which of the two variants is best for you and your company.
Single support request
You may also contact us without a contract. These will be charged with special tariff. We recommend a support agreement with PAVONE to take advantages of 24/7 support services and individual services.
General Support
Our support team will help you with installation or configuration problems of PAVONE products, and share with you application tips and tricks. In addition, we help you quickly with enquiries regarding PAVONE standard products. General questions about IBM Lotus Domino and IBM WebSphere technologies are also welcome.
