By accessing and browsing the InterPROM project ("InterPROM") Web site or by using and/or downloading any content from same, you agree and accept the Terms of Use as set forth below.

2) Purpose of the InterPROM web site
All the materials contained in the InterPROM Web site are provided by the InterPROM consortium (constituted by the organisations participating in the InterPROM project) for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commercial offer, a license, an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and the InterPROM consortium. No information provided on this site shall be considered a substitute for your independent investigation.

3) Links to Third-Party Web sites
Links to third-party Web sites are provided for convenience only and do not imply any approval or endorsement by the InterPROM consortium of the linked sites, even if they may contain the InterPROM logo. Thus, the InterPROM consortium cannot be held responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained therein.
You may not create on any Web site a link to any page of the InterPROM Web site without the InterPROM consortium's prior written authorization, and you acknowledge that framing the InterPROM Web site, or any similar process is prohibited.

This Web site is protected by intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of the InterPROM consortium. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
